Unlimited Wrist Bands & Individual Game/Raffle Tickets
Reserve your wristbands and tickets now through May 1st!
NEW this year $25 unlimited activities wrist bands will be available. Help Windermere meet our fundraising goals while kids get to have “unlimited” fun at KidsFest. Wristbands on sale now for $25 or $30 the night of Kidfest.
If you buy a wrist band you will also receive 10 free tickets, which can be used for the raffle baskets or Hawk Snack Shack.
Individual tickets can be purchased online and the night of the event in quantities of 10. Games take between 2-6 tickets. 10 tickets should cover 3-4 games. 20 tickets would get you 6-8 games.

Sponsors & Silent Auction:
This year, look for our sponsors’ table! These businesses donated at the maximum levels to support KidsFest and our PTO events throughout the year. We also greatly appreciate local businesses who gave items for our Silent Auction baskets! The silent auction will be open at 5pm for bidding and it will close at 7:30pm, with checkout immediately following. Cash, Check, and Credit will be accepted.
KidsFest is PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year! Sponsorships and Silent Auction contributions are greatly appreciated will be accepted until April 24th.
Grade Level Raffle Baskets:
One of the highlights of this fun, family event are the GIANT raffle baskets! This exciting tradition is always eagerly anticipated and a great fund-raiser! Please click on the provided link to view your child(ren)’s grade basket theme and consider donating. During the week of Kid Fest, these huge baskets will be displayed in the school lobby. Students can choose to fill the raffle boxes with tickets in hopes of winning their favorite themed basket!

Please send all items and donations (labeled with your child’s name and grade) by APRIL 22th. Winners of the raffle baskets will be announced at 7:45pm by DJ Hemmelgarn.
Take the Cake:
Friday (5/6) from 8am – 9am in the Eyrie (1st floor central open space).
If your treat is nut or allergen free please label it as such.

Each year it takes the support of 100+ volunteers to make KidsFest happen. Please consider volunteering for a shift and invite your friends and older children to volunteer as well. Service Hours are awarded for Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER!
- Friday, April 22: Grade level raffle donations due.
- April 1 – May 1st: Reserve your Unlimited wristbands and individual tickets on the Windermere PTO website. Wristbands and tickets will be sent home in your child’s backpack before the event.
- May 2nd – May 6: KidFest Wristbands and game/raffle basket tickets on sale during lunch 11:05 a.m.-12:05 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 6th: Last day to purchase discounted tickets during lunch.
- Note: Cash, check, or credit for tickets at school sale and night of the event. Tickets night of the event are 2 for $1 and wristbands for $30.
