KidFest is one of the largest fundraising events for the Windermere PTO!!!

2019 KidFest T-Shirt:

Pre-order your 2019 KidFest T-shirt! These shirts are soft and cozy. Printed this year by The Awesome Company. The Awesome Company is an AWESOME local business with an incredible mission! Shirts are $10 each. Limited quantities available. Get yours before it’s too late!


Silent Auction:

This year, look for our sponsors table! These businesses all sponsored our event!! We also had local businesses who gave items for our UA Business Baskets! The silent auction will be open at 5pm for bidding and it will close at 7:30pm, with checkout immediately following. Cash, Check, and Credit will be accepted.

Grade Level Raffle Baskets:

One of the highlights of this fun, family event are the GIANT raffle baskets! This exciting tradition is always eagerly anticipated and a great fund-raiser! Please click on the provided link to view your child(ren)’s grade basket theme and consider donating. During the week of Kid Fest, these huge baskets will be displayed in the school lobby. Students can choose to fill the raffle boxes with tickets in hopes of winning their favorite themed basket!

Please send all items and donations (in an envelope with your child’s name and grade) by APRIL 16th. Winners of the raffle baskets will be announced at 7:45pm by the DJ.

Cake Walk & Decorating Contest:

Do you like to bake? Decorate your cake with lots of Windermere Pride for a chance to win!
We are in nKidfest Cake Contesteed of cakes, plates of cookies/brownies/cup-
cakes and other tasty treats for our Cake Walk!
Baked goods can be dropped off on Thursday (5/2) or
Friday (5/3) from 8am – 9am in the multi-purpose room.
If your treat is nut or allergen free please label it as such.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Set-up (1:30-4:30 p.m.)   Shift 1 (4:45-6:30 p.m.)   Shift 2 (6:15-8:00 p.m.)   Clean-up (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

We need 100 volunteers to make this happen. Please consider volunteering for a shift and invite your friends and older children to volunteer as well. Service Hours awarded for Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers.

Volunteers will receive 10 free tickets! Please select the area and time slot in which you would like to volunteer.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER!

  • April 4 – April 24KidFest Pre-sale tickets are on sale on the Windermere PTO website and are priced at 3 tickets for $1. Order your tickets by 4/19 and receive 10 free tickets! Pre-sale tickets and t-shirts will be sent home by Wednesday, May 1st in your child’s backpack.
  • Wednesday, April 16: Grade level raffle donations due.
  • April 29 – May 1: Discounted Pre-sale Ticket /Raffle Basket Display (during lunch 11:05 a.m.-12:05 p.m. & after school 2:50-3:15 p.m.)
  • Wednesday, May 1: Last day to purchase discounted tickets.
    • Note: Cash, check, or credit for tickets at school sale and night of the event. Tickets night of the event are 2 for $1.
