COMMEMORATIVE HAWK WALK FEBRUARY 10-14TH
Remembering our past and walking into our FUTURE!!
We appreciate the generosity of our Windermere community in giving their time to volunteer and/or monetary donations. Below is how you can get involved and show your support!
PTO fundraising supports programs that enhance curriculum and our students’ experience at Windermere. Please donate today to keep our traditions alive and show everyone why WINDERMERE ROCKS! Donations can be made, now through Feb 16th.
Sign up to volunteer during gym class. Sign Up is by classroom teacher if you would like to be assigned to your child’s class. Each volunteer will be entered to win a free commemorative t-shirt!
Students will do what they do best at Windermere and show the Windermere way, as they work together to participate in obstacles around the gym, during one PE class that week.
Each lap will conclude with the addition of a sticker being added to create a large mosaic. The entire school will have contributed to this piece of art that will be displayed in honor of the FINAL laps in our current building.
Each student will also receive a commemorative button with hand drawn artwork created by our very talented art teacher, Mrs Taylor as a prize!
