 Supply Bag  School Supply Sale Instructions


The annual School Supply Sale will be online only

Friday, July 31th 9 a.m. to Wednesday, August 12th 10 p.m.

You have two options for purchasing your supplies:


1.  Pre-Order your student's entire supply list on-line by Wednesday, August 12th.

With this option your supplies will be pre-packaged, labeled and delivered for FREE to the classroom. -Just think, no driving around town wasting gas. SOUND EXPENSIVE? Don't worry-we have kept prices low! You will use Intuit to pay for the supplies in the comfort of your own home. *Every parent who used this option last year loved it!

 

How to do this:

  1. Click Pre-Order Supplies and fill out the form. You must know the teacher's name for your child(ren). You will be notified through the mail of classroom assignments.
  2. Complete the fields - you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and total amount due
  3. Pay for school supplies with Intuit

    • Note: Intuit Payment Process works best with Google Chrome as your browser. It does not work with IE.
    • View your email confirmation.
    • Write down the REFERENCE NUMBER and TOTAL PRICE from your email confirmation.
    • Click the link https://ipn.intuit.com/pay/WindermerePTO.
    • Select the link "Make payment without creating an account" on the Intuit site.
    • Enter in your payment and credit card credit card icon information or e-check information.

Prices Per Grade: *Fees Breakdown:
Kindergarten- $49.25 PTO Membership Fee - $20.00 (includes one Student
First - $47.00    Telephone Directory and the remainder to fund great programs)
Second - $29.50  
Third - $28.50 Field Trip Fee - $20.00 per student
Fourth - $67.50 Biz Town Fee (5th grade only)- $15.00 per student
Fifth - $62.25

2.  Purchase your student's supplies yourself at the local stores


How to do this:

  1. Click Supply Lists to print out the supply lists you need.
  2. Print out the grade level supply lists you need.
  3. Take your supplies home and return them to school on "Meet Your Teacher" on Tuesday, August 18th from 4-5 p.m.


The Student Planner ($3) & Reader's Notebook ($10.00) are required and will be available for purchase at Back to School Night if you are not ordering supplies on-line.

5th Grade Pool Party, Sunday, August 16th at Northwest Swim Club from 5 to 8 p.m.

 

All 5th grade students are invited to a pool party at Northwest Swim Club from 5 to 8 p.m. There will be games, free swim, and social time. Dinner will be provided.

 

Back to School Night, August 18th from 4-5 p.m.

 

This is an opportunity to meet your child's teacher and see their classroom. If you purchased your school supplies at a local store, please bring them with you to give to the teacher. If you purchased your school supplies through PTO then your child's supplies will already be in the classroom. This is also an opportunity for your child to meet the other students in their class and to see where they will be sitting.

 

4th and 5th graders: Windermere Planners ($3) and Readers Notebooks ($10) will be on sale during Meet Your Teacher as these items are only offered through the School Supply Sale. Cash or check only.

 

Spirit Wear will be available for purchase. It is a good time to purchase items for the upcoming Spirit Days at Windermere Elementary. There is something for everyone.

 

Breakfast on the Green, August 19th at 7:45 a.m.

 

PTO will be provide breakfast for all the students on the first day of school on the front lawn starting at 7:45 a.m. It is a good time to take pictures with your friends and classmates. A photo opt on the rock is always a popular location. Please join PTO in starting off another great school year at Windermere.

 

Brick Paver Project

 

The paver bricks that lead into our school are a great way to honor Windermere students, families and teachers for the years to come. This summer we will be adding to the collection of engraved bricks at the entrance to our school. You may now order a brick to honor your child or family through the end of the school year. Please complete the form and along with payment made payable to the Windermere PTO, please send to school with you child. The newly engraved bricks will be installed this summer. For our 5th grade families, we will have order forms available and be accepting payment following the musical on. Please feel free to purchase at that time. Thank you.

Kid Fest Results

Kid Fest was another great event for the whole Windermere Community to enjoy! The food trucks were flourishing, the kids excitedly running around to all the fun activities and the Book Fair was hoppin'. We are so grateful for our many volunteers. This event could not happen without each and everyone of you. Please take the time to show your gratitude toward the Kid Fest committee: Heather Petzinger (chairperson) , Amira Del Tosto, Brooks Whitcomb, and Melissa Ford. They put in many hours to make Kid Fest run seamlessly. Windermere Rocks!
