After School Enrichment Program - Winter Second Session

Windermere PTO is offering two American Sign Language classes (II & III) for the second half of the Winter Session. The classes will be held on Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Windermere Elementary. The class schedule is 3/10, 3/17, 3/31, 4/7, & 4/14. A brief description for each class can be found in the Winter Catalog listed below. We need at least 4 more students for ASL II and 2 more students for ASL III to reach the minimum amount per/class. These are the only two classes offered at this time. Registration Deadline for the second half of the Winter Session is by March 6, 2015 at 10 p.m. The Spring Program will start in April.

Please note: If you had registered your child for this class during the Winter Sign-Ups (January 2015) then you do not need to register again.

After Hours 2015

After Hours 2015 was a great success! Thanks to all who attended this fun event, and helped to support our PTO. Here's a recap of what went down:

  1. Our live auction host, Everett "Seacrest" Bradley, whipped bidders into a frenzy, and helped us raise $1645 for the new playground! A huge thanks to our auction winners for their generous donations. Seacrest-Bradley is currently in negotiations to co-host the 2016 New Year's Rockin' Eve. No confirmation as of yet.

  2. True to form, the Windermere moms (and a few dads) did rock the house with their hip dance moves. Moms from nearby Greensview were reportedly peeping through the windows with envy.

  3. Janice Walsh was the winner of our 50/50 raffle. Despite the fact that she has a son starting college next year, Janice graciously donated all of her winnings back to the school! Thank you Janice & Peter!

  4. Thank you to all of these talented moms who helped create the wonderful student artwork! Your art raised $1600 in our silent auction!
